The Rotary Club of I-94 Inclusive is excited to welcome Chadé Darby as our featured speaker on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM via Zoom.
Chadé Darby is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations School. Her research focuses on understanding the emotions, experiences, and workplace realities of marginalized employees to help organizations develop more effective Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) practices.
Using quantitative research methods, Chadé examines evidence-based strategies that reduce harm in organizations and improve outcomes for historically marginalized individuals. Her work provides valuable insights for leaders, employers, educators, community advocates, and anyone committed to building more inclusive environments.
This promises to be an engaging and informative presentation that aligns closely with the Rotary Club of I-94 Inclusive's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how research can inform meaningful change and create workplaces and communities where everyone can thrive.
